How we use email

Email is used to support the service and communicate responsibly. Initially, our focus is transactional email (for example, workflow notifications).

• Examples: visitor check-in alerts, approval notifications, system alerts
• Early access / product updates are sent only to users who explicitly opt in
• No spam, no purchased lists, no scraped contacts

How users opt out

• Marketing/product updates: unsubscribe links are included where applicable
• Transactional messages: if they are required for service operation, they may not include an unsubscribe link, but users can contact us to update preferences
• You can also email info@wizitify.com to request removal from early access updates

Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including security and compliance. Early access emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
